1.) Kindly cover the details on the waybill before disposal.
2.) Be on your best behavior when transacting, I won't hesitate to cancel the transaction once the buyer come off as rude.
3.) Gcash, Maribank, J&T, and LBC are my ONLY mode of payment (MOP) and mode of delivery (MOD). Please refrain from asking me if I could consider other MOP and MOD over and over.
4.) Do not ask for video condition when you're not even sure of buying. Please let me know whether you plan to proceed with the purchase or not. If I didn’t receive a reply after doing your requests, your future inquiries may be ignored.
5.) Due of Payment (DOP) is negotiable but a 40% nonrefundable down-payment of the total order is always required for you to secure the item/s. Just send me a dm to negotiate.
6.) For potential buyers of K-POP photocards and merch, refrain from claiming if you possess sensitivity as a collector. For potential buyers of my preloved items, while most are in good condition, it is advisable to manage your expectations accordingly.
7.) All items are onhand unless stated.
8.) Must have a PH address. I can only ship within Philippines.

1.) Cancellation of orders is not permitted once order confirmation is sent. However, should you choose to cancel, a fee of 40% of the total balance is required for the cancellation to be processed. Failure to comply will result in being labeled as a bogus buyer or joy reserver.
2.) Refunds will solely be approved if it's verified that I didn't claim any major issues with the item. To initiate a refund, an unedited/raw unboxing video must be submitted. The video must begin with the unopened parcel, showing the waybill, followed by an uncut recording of the complete unboxing process, showing the entirety of the item. Any product issues must be evident and documented in the video. Once I receive the item and verify that its condition matches the video, the refund will be processed.
3.) Parcels will be securely packed. I personally record a video of the packing process to ensure transparency. Once parcels are shipped, I cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the courier.
4.) Photographs and videos detailing the condition of the item will be provided upon the buyer's request through direct message.
5.) If no proof of payment is provided, the payment will be deemed invalid.
6.) Late fee : 50 php per day.
7.) NO RUSH SHIPPING. Please refrain from claiming if you are impatient. Shipping is scheduled for Saturdays only.
8.) In case of return to seller/rts parcel, the buyer will shoulder the fees.
